About Goofinery

Goofinery is operated by MMX Media LLC. In these terms, “Goofinery,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean MMX Media LLC. These terms explain the conditions for using our website and purchasing our products. Our store is hosted on Shopify, but your purchase is from MMX Media LLC.

Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy provide further information about orders and your use of the store. Please read them before buying. You can contact us at support@goofinery.com.

Using the store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, attempt to compromise its security, interfere with other customers, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person's information. We may restrict website access or investigate orders when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or protect the store and its users. This does not remove rights you have concerning an existing purchase.

Products and descriptions

Our apparel is generally printed or embroidered after an order is placed. Product pages identify the available options and relevant size, material and care information. Review the selected size, color, design and quantity before paying.

Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Product illustrations and mockups are intended to show the design and product but might not display every fabric or production detail. This does not excuse supplying a product that is materially different from its description, defective, or the wrong item.

Sizes, colors and products can become unavailable. We will contact you if we cannot supply an item you ordered. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Prices, payment and order information

Prices, shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown before you submit payment. The currency shown at checkout governs the charge. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges under its agreement with you.

Paying for an order does not authorize us to add undisclosed charges afterward. If an obvious pricing or listing error affects your purchase, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed, the affected amount will be refunded rather than collected at a higher price without your consent.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, unavailable goods or an unserviceable address. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will refund the affected amount. You will receive the order information and relevant updates using the contact details you provide.

Production, shipping and delivery

We currently offer delivery to supported addresses in the United States. Available services and charges depend on the ordered items and the delivery address. Our production and shipping partners may send different items in separate parcels. Consult our Shipping Policy and the product or checkout information for the relevant estimates.

We remain your point of contact for fulfillment problems; the use of a production partner does not remove our obligations to you. If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will provide the delay notice, cancellation option or refund required by applicable law. Estimated timing is not a waiver of those rights.

Check your delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly about an error. Once production or dispatch has progressed, a change may no longer be possible. Any proposed additional reshipping charge will be explained before you agree to it.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our published Refund and Returns Policy explains the commercial cancellation and return options for our made-to-order products. Contact support@goofinery.com promptly about cancellation requests, defects, shipping problems or an incorrect item, and include your order number.

Do not send goods to a production facility, registered agent or other address unless we have provided the correct return instructions for your case. A request for photos or information is intended to help investigate the issue and does not eliminate a legal remedy you are entitled to receive.

Nothing in these terms or our policies limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods and delayed shipment. Where a commercial policy conflicts with a mandatory legal protection, that protection prevails.

Website content and intellectual property

The Goofinery name, website content, logos, layouts and product artwork are owned by us or used with permission, except where stated otherwise. You may use the site to browse and make legitimate purchases. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the associated artwork or grant permission to reproduce it commercially.

Do not copy or use content in a way that infringes another person's rights. Reports about potentially infringing material can be sent to support@goofinery.com with enough detail for us to identify and review the material.

Customer submissions

Provide only information or material you are entitled to submit. If you send us a photograph or other material to resolve an order issue, we may use it for that purpose and share it with the relevant fulfillment or support service as necessary. Sending a support photograph does not give us permission to use your likeness in advertising. Marketing use requires a separate permission where applicable.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. Payment, hosting, delivery and other service providers may process information necessary to fulfill your order under their applicable terms and privacy arrangements.

External links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of an independent website merely because we link to it, but this does not diminish our responsibility for goods and services we provide to you.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the store and its information accurate and available, but temporary interruptions or errors can occur. We will take reasonable steps to correct issues brought to our attention. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms applicable when you place an order govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you. An update will not retrospectively remove a right you already have.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it for later situations.
