Shipping policy

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States (the 50 states and Washington, D.C.). We don't currently ship to US territories or to other countries. You can order from anywhere, as long as the delivery address is in the United States.

How shipping is priced: shipping is calculated at checkout from our print partner's rates for your destination and the items in your cart. Extra items of the same kind cost less to add than the first. Items made by different partners, or very different items (for example a shirt and a cap, or a shirt and a hoodie), are each charged their own shipping.

Made to order: every item is printed for you after you order, by our production partners in the USA.

How long it takes:

  • Order processing: we review your order and send it to production, usually within 3–7 business days and no later than 10 business days after you order.
  • Production: printing usually takes 1–5 business days.
  • Shipping: Standard shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. Alaska and Hawaii can take longer, up to about 7–12 business days.
  • Total: most orders arrive within about 2–4 weeks of ordering (Alaska and Hawaii can take longer).

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We aim to ship every order within 15 business days of your order. If we can't, we'll email you before then with a revised shipping date, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund instead.

Import charges: our current products are made by our partners in the United States and shipped within the United States, so no import duties or customs fees apply.

More than one item? Different items can be made in different places, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel. You don't pay anything beyond the shipping shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking link by email for each parcel when it ships.

Address problems: please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, we'll help you reship it, but the new shipping cost applies.
